Do you have an exchange policy?
There is no exchange policy available. However, returns are allowed for wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete products. For damaged items, the courier company and Ubuy must be informed within three days, while other returns are accepted within seven days after delivery.
Where can damaged or incorrect product images be uploaded?
Contact customer support to report damaged or incorrect products. After the issue is reported, an email with a link for image uploads will be sent.
What are the conditions for returns?
Returns only apply for wrong, damaged, defective products or missing parts. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all accessories and gifts.
What items are not eligible for return?
Items such as innerwear, perfumes, groceries, jewellery, digital products, and any used or opened items are not eligible. Refurbished products and those with missing labels or serial numbers cannot be returned.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are initiated once the returned product is inspected. It usually takes 7-10 business days to reflect in the original payment method. UCredit refunds appear in the Ubuy account within 24-48 hours.
