Is it possible to use multiple payment methods for a Luxury Escapes booking?
Frequent Flyer points, Store Credit, promo codes, gift cards, and credit cards can be combined for a booking. However, online split payments between multiple credit cards are not supported. Use these options to maximise savings.
What airlines can be booked through Luxury Escapes?
Luxury Escapes offers bookings with full-service airlines such as Qantas, Virgin Australia, and Thai Airways. Travelers can choose from Singapore Airlines, Emirates, Etihad, Fiji Airways, and United Airlines. A wide range of carriers is available for flights.
Is there a booking fee with Luxury Escapes?
A 1% fee applies to bookings with accommodation. This fee is based on the total booking cost and capped according to the traveler's country of residence. Fees are calculated at checkout.
What if flight changes are necessary?
Changing flights involves fees from both the airline and Luxury Escapes. Cheaper fares usually come with higher change fees. Low-cost Airline changes are handled through the airline's website. Contact the airline on departure day and inform Luxury Escapes of any hotel booking changes.

Report problems to hotel management first for immediate resolution. Tour customers can contact their tour leader or use the provided emergency contact for 24/7 support. These steps ensure prompt assistance during travel.
Where is the Booking ID located?
The Booking ID is found in the confirmation email, featuring six letters and/or numbers. For Lux Partner Properties, it appears as a 13-digit numeric code. If the email is lost, request a resend through My Escapes.
Is it possible to alter my travel dates for the package?
Travel dates can be modified via the My Escapes page under Manage Booking. Options include choosing new dates from the calendar or holding the escape until ready. Changes depend on availability, surcharges, and the date change policy. Last-Minute Escapes are excluded.
